Borgess Acute Care /Trauma Center Works With Casey Feldman Foundation and EndDD.org

In Its Community to Prevent Distracted Driving Deaths and Injuries

Morgan Robinson, Injury Prevention Coordinator and Educator for Borgess  Trauma Services in Kalamazoo, Michigan has been working with the Casey Feldman Foundation and EndDD.org to speak with local high school students about distracted driving. Morgan and the physicians at Borgess are making public outreach about distracted driving a prevention priority. Nolan Atkinson, Esq, a trial lawyer from the Church Wyble law firm in Lansing, Michigan  has been working with Morgan  in giving presentations. Many more presentations will be given and this video that Borgess produced highlights the importance of the cause to Borgess.  As Borgess Medical Director Dr. Tom Rohs states in the video, initial presentations can only do so much, there need to be continual reminders of the dangers of distracted driving and that safe driving is a choice each of us can make.

Joel Feldman, founder of EndDD.org and Casey Feldman’s  father, said “Morgan Robinson and everyone at Borgess are really to be commended. Trial lawyers like myself and others across the country, have been reaching out to teens about distracted driving. It is a natural fit for health care professionals to join the cause to save even more lives.  I look forward to committed trial lawyers and health care professionals partnering to save teen lives.
