End Distracted Driving Advocate, Jennifer Smith Knows Awareness Doesn’t Stop After April

April was Distracted Driving Awareness Month.  During this time many organizations like EndDD.org and the National Safety Council created initiatives to promote the dangers of distracted driving. NTSB to Host Multi-Modal Roundtable, “Disconnect from Deadly Distractions” – Open to the Public

On Tuesday, March 31st, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) will be holding its first muilti-model roundtable discussion,”Disconnect From Deadly Distractions” in its offices in Washington, D.C. The roundtable will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., is open to the public and will also be webcast live. Some 40 different modal experts, researchers, advocates, educators, industry, and others will share knowledge and experiences in their disciplines, and discuss innovative solutions aimed at reducing deaths and injuries due to distraction.
