Welcome Trial Lawyers!

aaj-911

Thank You for Volunteering for the AAJ EndDDD.org Distracted Driving Campaign to Commemorate the  15th Anniversary of 9/11

In 2001, the American Association for Justice (AAJ) organized a program called Trial Lawyers Care to provide free legal help for 9/11 survivors. More than 1,100 lawyers together donated more than 100 years of service to help survivors. No lawyer took a fee for this work. The main objective was to give back to a community in need. For the 15th anniversary of 9/11 AAJ is calling on trial lawyers to volunteer—to save lives, by speaking with teens about how they can prevent distracted driving-related deaths. We want as many lawyers as possible speaking in schools beginning in September and continuing throughout the entire 2016-17 school year.

By volunteering you will join hundreds of other trial lawyers who have already spoken with nearly 300,000 teens. Distracted driving is an epidemic that disproportionately affect teens, but trial lawyers are doing something about it. Everything you need to get started saving teen lives is on this page. If you have any questions please e-mail fellow trial lawyer Joel Feldman, from Anapol Weiss in Philadelphia who created this campaign in memory of his 21-year-old daughter Casey who was killed by a distracted driver.
